Today's The Straits Times (Mar 14, 2009) on the above article headline appeared on page A10.
The "security experts" dismissed the group capability to carry out their terror threats.
Once this newly formed terror group has sufficient financial funding, recruited and expanded their members, recruited trained suicide bombers, gathered the ingredients for bomb-making, decided on the mode of attack, prepared the locations to attack simultaneously and systematically, they are ready to make the swift and decisive attacks smoothly.
The New Age Terrorists are no longer those who are uneducated or lowly-educated, where they take instructions and carry out the planned attacks but someone who is educated, a professional, an expert, a manager, etc and these people can certainly think out of the box and are certainly IT and tecnology savvy. They will not fall for the bait aimed at them and neither they are foolish enough to attack a fortified building and the military as they don't have enough firepower to launch such a massive scale of attacks against the military (they are terrorists, not enemy soldiers).
A well-coordinated attack combining suicide bombings and simultaneous cyber attacks on government and private servers can maim the authorities' ability to respond and react fast enough to curtail more damages caused by the terror attacks.
The New Age Terrorists are also smart enough to avoid those building facilities or installations that has defense-in-depth and target hardening measures - they may attack areas or buildings that has the least security measures implemented and they can cause severe damages not only to the building and its contents, but to the innocent lives - people of are caught off-guard because they least expect to be struck as these New Age Terrorists are unconventional in their attack tactics.
Despite many security measures being implemented, there are always security loopholes easily available.
One successful attack is all it takes - it'll cause lots of trauma, anger, grief, confusion, panic and the post-terror attacks and the road to recovery will take a long time before peace and stability come back again.
The timing to carry out the terror attacks is just right - 2009 & 2010, where 2010 is the year according to numerology where it is at cyle number 1 = No Money!
Now is the right time for the terrorists and criminals to work on making the precise attacks and committing crimes because with the higher unemployment rate, more people are getting frustrated and also one of the Integrated Resorts will have a soft launch around year end, attracting compulsive gamblers, house-breaking criminals, loan sharks, etc will have a good time in a crime spree.
I'm looking for a kind donor/sponsor who is willing to help me financially as I planned to quit my job to focus on completing my Special Report in PDF format revealing 2 security loopholes that can be used for the benefits of criminals (including transnational criminals, organized crime syndicates), those who faced severe financial hardships (normally ex-convicts and the bankrupts or impending bankrupts).
Take the $1+ Million Challenge!
I issue an open challenge to any Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, S-Pass Holders, Long-Term Visit Pass Holders, Expatriates and frequent long-term visitors AND
Any rich individuals, businessmen, entrepreneurs, business organizations and associations, foundations, MNCs, SMEs, GLCs, GIC and Temasek Holdings.
Pay me above S$1,000,000 (above one million Singapore dollars) and I'll prove to you, your lawyers and the press media of the security loophole I've discovered that is REAL and CAN be executed anytime, 24/7 despite having the necessary legislation to take care of it!
To accept my proven loophole that terrorism CAN still be carried out here in Singapore, RIGHT HERE and RIGHT NOW based on the following assumption:
1. The terrorists had already done their preparation homework (surveillance, intelligence, insider information, written plan, etc), what type of building establishement to attack and their exact locations, etc.
2. The terrorists already had their weapon arsenal (homemade bombs, Improvized Explosive Device, etc) ready for immediate action.
3. The terrorists had chosen their mode of attack (vehicular, suicide bomber, parcel/package bomb, etc).
And, as most of the able-bodied males had undergone National Service with either the Singapore Police Force (SPF), the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) or the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), we are considered ready and able to counter the terror attacks, theoritically on papers and based on simulated emergency drills and as for our SAF, their overseas trainings and the regular joint exercises with other armed forces.
Information kit in the form of a printed material was widely distributed to all Singaporeans, so for those who take the initiative to read and apply it (stock-up necessary and essential items), Singaporeans should be ready theoritically as we've yet to experience any real emergency crises.
Assuming that:
1. Our Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and it's Home Team and our SAF are ready for counter-strikes and to apprehend (or shoot-to-kill) the terrorists.
2. Our Home Team and SAF has done their surveillance, intelligence, trainings and excercises, simulated emergency drills, etc and is 100% ready for action.
3. Our NSmen and volunteers, the Emergency Response Agencies and the grassroot leaders (including Permanent Residents) are activated and ready for action.
The loophole that I have discovered CAN be exploited by terrorists, transnational crimes, organized crime syndicates, violent activists, etc with immediate effect!
So any individuals, business organizations, associations, corporations, government, etc who would like to STOP this insanity should give me above S$1,000,000 (above one million Singapore dollars) in exchange for that vital piece of information that can be exploited by the terrorists and criminals.
It is a fact that general insurers and re-insurers will not pay for any damages and losses to lives and properties arising from any terror attacks.
The loss of innocent lives, properties, assets, etc is as equal as Singapore's reputation as a safe and secure city, a hub for many activities, world class standard achiever in some sectors, etc.
Terms & Conditions
1. Bring along CASH of S$100,000 (one hundred thousand Singapore dollars only) to your lawyers' office. You are adviced to hire armed guards (a.k.a. auxilliary police) for your own safety and protection for your cash.
2. Bring along your cheque book for the remaining offer (example, crossed cheque of S$1,200,000 if you were to pay me S$1,300,000).
3. Should you choose to back-out for no valid reasons (please produce valid medical chit or any other documents), you shall agree to compensate me S$5,000 (five thousand Singapore dollars only) for my time and resources spent but you shall not be entitled to claim any Intellectual Property Right to my vital and fatal security loophole discovery.
4. Be prepared for my assistant doing a discreet video and audio recording of our meeting, meant to protect my Intellectual Property Right.
5. Be prepared to allow newspaper journalists who will be there to witness the occasion. You may negotiate for the press media not to reveal the secret and/or your identity.
6. Failure to comply with serial numbers 1 & 2 above will make this transaction void.

Two Singaporean JI members released
Another interesting development on Singapore's former suspected JI detainees.
The Straits Times and Today (Mar 13, 2009) both carried out the news of two former ISA detainees being released under Restiction Order after being "successfully rehabilitated."
We now have about 42 ex-ISA detainees deemed "rehabilitated" successfully.
As I've mentioned in my earlier posting, people that are detained for ideolgy or faith grounds and later released after being assessed as not being a threat anymore is not 100% foolproof. Faith is of abstract nature.
Most countries are in global economy crisis and this trend will likely to carry over to 2010 before making its recovery perhaps in 2011.
I'm still in the midst of writing a Special Report on two security loopholes that can still be exploited by criminals, compulsive gamblers, unemployed, people with severe financial hardships (facing eviction order, bankruptcy, etc), organized crime syndicates, transnational crimes, terrorists, etc.

This offer is open to the highest offer by any individuals, entrepreneurs, businesses, organizations, associations, clubs, foundations, etc.
Minimum bid starts from S$10,000 (from ten thousand Singapore dollars) onwards.

Singapore general insurers and reinsurers get ready!
I'm still planning to write and complete my sales letter to be targeted at Singapore general insurers, vehicle insurers, home insurers, marine insurers and reinsurers.
See for yourself of how the authorities denial and "security industry experts" confirming their stance of that this security loophole can't be perpetrated or not practical or absolutely rubbish!
I will produce you the related articles PLUS the secret method that any quick-thinking criminals, transnational criminals, terrorists, etc can put to use with ease despite these "industry experts" and the authorities' comments in the press.
Who will benefit most from my Special Report (if loophole not plugged)?
- Criminals (transnational crimes, organized crime syndicates, house-breaking, employee theft, unemployed and those in financial difficulty, rapists and other sexual offenders, compulsive and desparate gamblers, etc).
- Terrorists - New Age, Old School, Self-Taught, etc.
- Violent activists - environmental, political, banned movements, etc.
- Corporate espionage.
- Stealth Intruders or Insiders' job to Restricted areas and Sensitive areas.
- Law enforcement agencies and related ministries if they are keen to stop this security loophole. (Imagine weapons gets stolen, ammunitions gets stolen, classified documents micro-filmed in a stealth manner, sensitive areas exposed, equipment and hardware exposed, etc).
Let the insurers be the judge - are they going to run a money-losing business or should they review their policy claims on thefts, break-ins, sabotage, stealth penetration, etc?
Next I will reveal this Special Report to the private security industry - security consultants, security systems (a.k.a. security technology), security services providers (a.k.a. guard agencies), etc.
Finally it will be released to the general public.
For my foreign readers you are welcome to joint venture with me. Just email me your profile or your business profile and include your date of birth.

Security loopholes can be exploited easily!
Terrorism, organized crime syndicates, transnational crimes, money laundering, violent activists, theft and robberies, etc will definitely thrive in any economic downturn.
I've read with amazement that thousands were vying for about 800 job vacancies with one of the Integrated Resorts.
The crime statistics (you can get it from the SPF website) has shown that crime rate has risen in tandem with any economic crisis or health crisis like the SARS.
I'll be launching a special report in PDF available to the public soon on how easy it is to commit crime in Singapore despite the authorities and "industry experts" strong denial that it can be done right under our noses.
The purpose of my Special Report is NOT to encourage crime BUT to rather to counter-criminal activities for our own family, relatives, friends, colleagues, business associates, etc so that each and every one of us is safe and secure from criminals as there are many people who are unemployed and feel that they have 'no way out' (especially older and lowly educated people), that they feel they are 'driven' or 'motivated' to commit crime as an easy way to get money and other valuables and once they succeeded doing it easily, they may move on to commit crimes like rapes and other sexual assaults once they have gained entry successfully to your homes while you and your spouse are away at work or while running your own business or away to overseas.
Once again, for those rich and wealthy, organizations, foundations, clubs, associations, businesses, etc. have the courage to take up my S$ million dollars challenge.

Extremists in the region wooing online support
Another interesting headline in The Straits Times (Mar 6, 2009).
The internet is indeed a powerful info highway and we are at the Age of Information.
Singapore government spent over S$1 billion to counter cyber terrorism in various stages.
Terrorism based on faith or ideology (except political) in Singapore can still be taken lightly because as long as no physical harm was done and as long as they are 'rehabilitated' these alleged terrorists can be freed after spending some time in an area enclosed within the prison.
They are then reintegrated back to the society with certain restrictions.
As the world is in global crisis now, this is the BEST time for the terrorists and criminals (including white collar crime, organized crime syndicates, housebreaking thieves, desparate and compulsive gamblers, those with criminal records and unemployed, etc), the timing is certainly perfect to launch terror attacks and committing crimes.
Those who can afford to spend S$ million dollars and more should take up me S$ million dollars challenge.
The terrorists and/or the criminals which can afford to spend S$ million dollars or more may try to bait me so hurry up and do your "National Service".

Be-on-guard-life-insurers-advised
Another interersting headline from today's The Straits Times (Mar 6, 2009).
Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has issued a reminder to life insurers to be on guard against potential risks to their business, including fraud and unsafe investments during this financial downturn.
In terms of manpower security - there are certainly lots of loopholes that your security services providers (guard agencies or outsourced security staff) can take advantage of.
I shall not go in-depth on this as I will expose all these scams and frauds in my e-book that is still in the midst of writing.
With this global economy crisis, crime rate is expected to go up and this also include white collar crime, house-breaking, staff pilferage or theft by employees, robbery, etc.
Now is also a good time for terrorists to strike - right timing, as more workers are retrenched and it's also employers' market - they offer lower starting wages and offer contract jobs instead of paying market pay and permanent job offers.
Don't wait for old school terrorists like Mas Selamat bin Kastari take advantage of this right timing.
Even the New Age Terrorists can also take advantage of this economic crisis to garner financial, community and moral support for them.
So what are you waiting for?
Take up my S$ million dollars challenge now!

Soldiers-get-Facebook-warning
The Straits Times published the above headline today (Mar 6, 2009).
MINDEF was worry about sensitive information that the terrorists can take advantage on it.
Singapore is unlikely to face a large scale terror attacks like the Mumbai attacks where the infiltrators launched their attacks from speed boats, unless we're being attacked by terrorists from neighboring countries, which is highly unlikely unless we're on bad relationship with them.
Also, our 'terrorists' does not even possess rifles, machine guns and other small arms, let alone any Surface-to-Air Missile launcher yet, but that doesn't make they are not fully capable of doing it in the future.
A NSman blogger was suggesting a secure portal for NSmen to blog and exchange information.
This is a better alternative as we know that terrorists can make use of Google Map and even fly an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle over the army camps to capture sensitive images to them.
As I've always reiterated, there are security loopholes that can be exploited by terrorists and criminals.
Take my S$ million dollar challenge and let us make Singapore a safer and secure country, leading to peace and prosperity.

New Age Terrorists does not conform to statics
The New Age Terrorists are better educated and are IT and technology savvy.
Some can self-sustain financially as they are professionals and experts.
These new breeds of terrorists are certainly more deadlier than their predecessors.
IRs, key installations, government buildings, etc are target hardened - they just simply think out of the box.
Remember the movie, "Jaws"?
Just when you think it's safe to stay, work, play, etc... terror attacks suddenly strikes!
When and Where to commit suicide bombings, chemical attacks, etc., are dynamic, not static.
Educated people does not need their nemesis to point out where to attack or where not to attack!
The old school terrorists are mainly those who are lowly or uneducated invididuals who can be easily brainwashed by preachers who indoctrinated them with false teachings coupled with some videos showing their fellow members being tortured or killed by the oppressors.
What these terrorists lacked of, is the knowledge of many security loopholes that they can take advantage of and launch their first and successful attack right here in Singapore!
Take my S$ million dollars challenge!
Our tycoons has donated millions to education fund, medical research fund, community development fund, etc.
Funny that none are willing to donate to a good cause saving their own lives, their families, their businesses and investments, their assets and properties and even the nation.

You can do anything but don't get caught!
I read a job advertisement in The Straits Times (Mar 4, 2009, page C30) under the Security column and to my amazement, I saw an ad posting for a vacancy of a Security Officer but the working hours was amazing - 17 hours! (1700 hours to 1000 hours).
The amazing part is, this company is a public listed company, which makes me wonder:
1. Are the Board of Directors aware that their HR department is breaking the Ministry of Manpower's Employment Act?
2. Are the stakeholders aware of it even though it's not a main page news?
3. Any of the Ministry of Manpower's staff, especially their legal and enforcement team noticed this ad?
Therefore, I reiterate it again, "You can do anything but don't get caught!"
Same goes with crimes and terrorism activities - you can do it but don't get caught!
For innocent people like Associate Professor Chan Kap Luk who was discharged from the hospital after the NTU stabbing incident, the tragic death of David Hartanto Widjaja too, could have been prevented had the tertiary institutions had proper security procedures and policies reviewed regularly with the HODs in-charge of counseling, handling trauma and post crisis management and keep it updated.

New Age Terrorists Are Smarter than We Thought!
Lately the security experts have been talking about target hardening, increasing security awareness, defense-in-depth, increasing surveillance, etc.
But, excuse me, the New Age Terrorists are smart enough to fall into these traps.
The trend has been changed as more professionals and experts have learnt terrorism methodology and idealogy through the internet, chat rooms, online forums, emails, etc.
Lowly or uneducated terror suspects like Mas Selamat bin Kastari will be a thing of the past. What the terrorists want is someone who can execute the first successful bombing in Singapore.
Let us not be lulled into complacency or a sense of false safety and security.
Sometimes, in our moment of comfort, terrorists will strike, knowing when and where to attack.
What is important is the end result - losses and damages - lives, properties, assets, data, reputation, etc.
The recovery process is a long and painful journey as we struggle from ground zero to rebuild our economy and our lives.
Again Singaporeans - rich and wealthy, companies and businesses, foundations, clubs, organizations, etc please take up my S$ Million dollars challenge before we become victims of a successful terror attack.

Are our tertiary institutions safe from Virginia Tech style killings?
Condolence to late NTU undergrad David Hartanto Widjaja parents and his family.
Some of you may say that Singapore's Criminal Procedure Code (CPC) is a good 'Anti gun law' as some bloggers had commented on past few days.
But are you aware of:
1. If a person has the intention (to murder or to kill or to maim or to disfigure, etc) and has the capability (gun, bomb, knife, etc) to execute it, the impact and the probability is very great - as good as it's planned to be carried out.
2. We are totally naive to believe that guns and other weapons, chemicals, poisons, etc can't be brought into Singapore as our authorities (ICA, SPF, etc) have proper systems, procedures, machines, etc to detect the smuggling in of these banned and prohibited items.
Refer back to the late Tan Chor Jin a.k.a. One Eyed Dragon. Doesn't he has possession of a real gun? And wasn't live rounds was fired with fatal result?
There are lots of security loopholes that can be plugged.
My S$ million dollar challenge is still open to any rich and wealthy Singaporeans and business/profitable/non-profitable organizations/foundations/associations/clubs because help me to help yourself.
Remember this: professionals and experts can be lethal when getting cornered with no way out!

Singapore is still Vulnerable Despite Target Hardening
I've read many comments, even those coming from our "experts" that Singapore has done a lot of target hardening, especially for bus interchanges, Key Installations and even our 2 IRs.
Don't forget that I have mentioned in my earlier posts that there are still lots of vulnerabilities and weaknesses that are waiting for the New Age Terrorists and the New Generation Criminals to exploit and fully execute it to a perfection.
We've spent hundreds of millions (if not a billion or more) on utilizing security systems (security technology in UK terminology), on physical security (target hardening, barriers, lightings, etc), on enlisting guards as part of our security blanket, etc.
But all of these will end up as futility once the New Age Terrorists and New Generation Criminals have succeeded in their mission - to create chaos, panic and to loot (for criminals).
Most of us are aware that whole life insurers, general insurers and reinsurers will not pay for losses and damages arising from the aftermath of terror attacks.
Are we going to sit tight and pray that the day don't come or are we willing to pay someone who knows one of the best ways to prevent it from happening in the first place?

NTU Stabbing - Virginia Tech in the making in Singapore?
NTU final year student David Hartanto Widjaja stabbed his lecturer and then committed suicide.
Similarity between Virginia Tech shooting by the South Korean student or the recent beheading of a Chinese female student by fellow Chinese student?
The tragic event could have been prevented if the student had sought counseling from qualified counselors or seek help from fellow students or even call the SOS line to talk to someone who may offer advice.
It seems that there are also security loopholes that are still available - waiting to be exploited viciously by criminals, terrorists as well as ill-intentioned students.
It's high time for universities and other tertiary institutions including foreign schools to review their existing security procedures and policies.

Using Security Technology to Deter Crime, Is It Reliable?
The CCTV cameras had been installed in the elevators as mentioned earlier in the newspapers that it was an initiative led by PAP-run Town Councils.
Yesterday (Mar 01, 2009) I entered one of the elevator with my mum-in-law to buy something and guess what?
Some joker had smoked in that elevator prior to that and I can smell cigarette smoke in that particular elevator.
What's important is the RESPONSE - who do what to get things done and different authorities may be involved NEA, HDB, Town Council, etc.
Are we able to react FAST when crisis arised?
Another key factor is the ACCOUNTABILITY - who will be RESPONSIBLE to the flaws or defects or the products' functions and future add-ons.
Was the person who recommended the systems a qualified and competent in providing security systems to the Town Council and is he/she willing to take the blame should the systems are not performing up to it's expectations?

New Generation Criminals in Singapore
My previous post mentioned about the New Age Terrorists - highly educated, technology and IT savvy - a new breed of terrorists that can be deadly and potent.
Today I'm going to talk about the New Generation Criminals in Singapore.
Who are they? The younger generations who are more technology and IT savvy than their predecessors from the Baby Boomer and older generations.
Take a look at today's Ah Longs' (illegal money lenders or loan sharks) slick operations. They remain anonymous and their real identities are rarely known because they deploy 'runners' to dispense loans and collection of debts.
These New Generation Criminals are technology savvy too - discreet, smart and versatile - they used gadgets like smart phones, PDAs, laptops and notebooks to run their loan sharking activities. They also use debtors to open savings account complete with ATM card and the PIN number given to these Ah Longs to facilitate 'contactless' transactions and remain 'faceless'.
Organized crime syndicates like those professional shoplifters too are getting 'hi-tech' as most of these New Generation Criminals are tech and IT savvy. They can SMS, email, chat, etc with fellow gangs and communicate with them on what expensive items to steal, etc.
Despite many security measures like target hardening, Defense-in-Depth strategies, using video analytical surveillance, crime prevention talks and road shows, etc., the New Generation Criminals are a force to be reckon with.
Just like computer hackers - the 'good guys' or ethical hackers, prevent the malicious hackers from intruding their websites to steal or delete or cause embarassment to the website owners, the professionals too can become deadly should they cross camp or jump ship to terror networks like Al Qaeda, Jemaah Islamiah, Abu Sayyaf, etc.
